El torneo se llevará a cabo en Playa Revolcadero los días 25 y 26 de octubre 2008 a partir de las 8:00 a.m. Podrán competir todos los niños, niñas y jóvenes de cualquier nacionalidad desde 6 a 17 años. Las inscripciones serán en McDonalds Costa Azul, a lado del CICI, el viernes 24 de octubre de 18:00 a 21:00 horas.
Para las inscripciones es necesario que los padres firmen una responsiva y presenten una copia del acta de nacimiento de los competidores. El costo de inscripción es de $50.00 pesos por competidor en la categoría de 6-11 años y de $100.00 pesos para la categoría de 12-17 años.
Habrá premios para los primeros lugares como tablas de surf, trofeos y regalos de los patrocinadores. Se otorgará diploma de participación para todos los competidores.
